Ipad Air 5 with M1 has been so great me with all this time since i got as gift it in September 2022

As long as you take care of the device, those M1 devices are something else. My iPad and MacBook Air (both M1) still function amazingly well and the battery life isn’t bad at all.

What are the best iPads widely used by students right now?

Honestly, get any iPad with an M chip in it. The general consensus seems to be that iPadOS isn’t even really capable of using the full power of it, and I’ve found that to be true. My iPad Air 5 with the M1 has never shown any signs of slowing down and I am consistently multitasking. My recommendatio

Why is the iPad 11 cheaper than the iPad 10?

specially when sold by third parties and because the 10th gen is not officially sold anymore, sellers dont do sales or depreciate the product over time, its wild bc they can have brand new devices in their boxes sitting for years and not sell them ive seen the 2022 iPad Air 5th gen being sold for mo

Minimum/cheapest iPad for running auv3/effects in 2025?

There isn’t a clear answer to get USB-C, decent storage and an M processor for “cheap”. 64GB was the base storage size until the current gen and that’s isn’t great for iPadOS 26. Jumping up in storage adds $100 150 for the models newer than 2019-2020. I just did EXTENSIVE research and the answer is

the rumored upcoming iPad 12 gen in the spring orrr ipad 11 gen a16

Why would you downgrade in every aspect from an M1 iPad Pro to a base iPad? If you really want a smaller size, get a used M1 iPad Air 5th gen. Cheaper than iPad A16

Ipad Air 5th gen or Ipad A16?

The Air 5. Nicer screen and M1. The M series chips are the future, I think. More and more features are available only to the M chips. (Unless you’re a clumsy fruit and have a habit of dropping iPads, in which case the A16 iPad has a much cheaper to replace screen.)

How would you spend your USD 1,100 if you were a student (Mac a18 pro + iPad a16 or Macbook Air M5)?

Yeah, for iPad I think the iPad Air 5 is great because it’s more than enough power and has same or more ram then everything up until the new m4 air. And while the prices have gone up with ram crisis, I love the M1 Pro 14” with 32GB that I got for $650. The main thing I could ask for in addition woul

iPad OS 26.1 is awesome!

Really like the new changes the old GUI was outdated and long overdue for overhaul. Plus Apple are creating new building blocks for new features and functinality. Plan this stuff for years. Listening to Zollotech the other day (like his style) he held a poll there was 19000 voters and 75% have upgra

New iPad Air 5th gen M1

That's a solid deal. I had the same model and the M1 is pretty fast with plenty of memory for multitasking. The major downside of this model is the cheap non-OLED display but honestly at that price who cares. It's still a fairly bright 500 nits panel with good colors although black will be more grey
