I had a similar problem, now fixed. When I level my Anycubic M7 Max, I find the levelling card is way too thick. Don’t use the card. Use a normal sheet of paper. I've had a Mono M7 Max for a couple of months and its been working well for me. I caught the Max on an Amazon sale and its been solid so far. Most of my the gripes are with the Anycubic slicer but the printer hasn't yet any issues so far.
