Mars 5 ultra thumping
I wasted 6 month communicating with their support. In the end I just bought Anycubic Mono 4 Ultra. It's way faster and better machine without gimmicky tilting vat and unlevelable "auto-leveling" table. Cut your losses and move on I will never buy ANYTHING from Elegoo

Looking for recommendations based on available options.
Avoid the R6 like the plague. Personally I prefer Elegoo over Anycubic for printers, so I would lean Mars 4, however there are trade offs. The Mars 4 has a better light source (COB vs Matrix). Is the Anycubic Photon Mono 4 ultra any good?
I would check flatness for both the build plate and the top plate (the part that holds the LCD). Anycubic have a real issue right now with QC and shipping concave build plates, and I know someone who bought and returned 2 Mono 4 Ultras (months apart) for the top plate being warped.

Builds coming of build plate
This was happening on my Mono 4 Ultra and I believe the issue was that the prints were sticking to the film as the bed was lifting and peeling them off.
