Best budget retro handheld with Wi-Fi for RetroAchievements?

I have an Anbernic RG556 and a MM+. I honestly prefer my MM+. The Anbernic CAN play Android and PS2 games, but not necessarily well. It wasn't worth the extra cash, IMO. The Miyoo may run fewer games; but as far as I've seen, it runs them flawlessly. It fits in my pocket when I have to ride on buses

GameCube Emulation?

It's more expensive than most T820 devices from Anbernic (RG406V/H, RG CUBE, RG476H, RG556). And it has less power. It stutters at windwaker with 2x resolution. T820 runs it like a champ.
