I believe it's just a mesh extension. Wifi 7 etc. are way beyond 900Mbps and Wifi 6 was too. The wifi isn't the bottleneck with a 900Mbps service. It's just for extra coverage. When my 900Mbps with 2 x Eero is installed, I intend to let the engineer do "whatever" with the Eero and then I'll box them

eero is good, but you need the Pro models. The base eero 7 is not very good, but the Pro 7 is solid. The Max 7 is much better, but it's going to be overkill for a lot of households. I'm not sure about the Wifi 7 models, but the Pro and the Pro 6E had additional radios, more RAM, and a better process

I found those ones clog up your internet connection. A handful are fine but then you get addicted and even running an eero 7 I'll eventually cap out. Ive been using matter over thread ones and they seem more reliable.
