Hot take on UH ring
Glad it worked for you! I truly wished mine lasted longer. When it worked, it was great and I absolutely loved it. That lasted about 6-7 months. When I had to go through my first issue needing my first replacement, I followed the troubleshooting but then an actual human followed up via the chat and

Helio Ring was Amazfit's biggest flop - change my mind
Other than the battery, the other 2 seem like a you problem. Features reduntant? Of course, what did you expect? That the Helio Ring would had a bunch of other sensors a smartwatch don't have? It's the same thing as the Helio Strap, it's about convenience. Maybe you feel like wearing a mechanical wa

Tried Pace Pro--returned...keeping AWU3 for now
Do not go there, Suunto has almost as many bugs as Amazfit. Hardware is great, but software is 10 years behind. I mostly use Apple WU3, but I have tried Garmin (FR965, Venu 2, Venu 3, Venu 4), Coros (Pace 3, Pace 4), Suunto (Vertical 2, Run) and Amazfit (Balance, Balance 2, Helio Strap, Helio Ring).

What about Helio Ring?
I truly feel that the company didn't expect the popularity they got with the release of the Helio Strap and they're now focusing on what's working. Shitty move if you think on longevity and not the now. Sadly, most of the consumers focus on the latter...Garmin might be shitty in a lot of things but

What is the best smart ring to be complementary to my AW?
From everything I've seen Oura is the best, but like Whoop they're also trying to flex on other brands. Which is to say, taking them to court with stuff like "can't sell in the US, we are the inventors of smart ring tech!" etc. etc. So if it's gotta be a ring I'd say Oura, it's the only one I'd buy
