Do not go there, Suunto has almost as many bugs as Amazfit. Hardware is great, but software is 10 years behind. I mostly use Apple WU3, but I have tried Garmin (FR965, Venu 2, Venu 3, Venu 4), Coros (Pace 3, Pace 4), Suunto (Vertical 2, Run) and Amazfit (Balance, Balance 2, Helio Strap, Helio Ring).

My Oura ring can also only do 5 minutes. Even the my Amazfit Active 2 can only do every minute. You need a Helio Strap or a higher end Amazfit watch with continuous heart rate monitoring.
