No offense but I also have an Alienware AW2725Q and a IPS right next to it and it’s night and day for me. I do have a dark office but even with the lights on there is no question which I prefer.

I ended up getting the Alienware AW2725Q monitor since it was a few hundred $ off, and it's amazing. I have nothing but my old monitor to compare it to, but holy crap it's incredible for my favourite game, and I can see so much clearer.
