best (budget friendly) air purifier?
For pretty close to that price range (assuming USD), the AirFanta 3Pro is by far the best bang for the buck you'll find. Barely over 1 sqft footprint and over 700m3/h CADR. It's basically a pre-built CR box kit, but looks a lot less janky than some filers and duct tape.

Loosening a precaution
I think for OP's use case, the laminar AirFanta 4Lite would be an option to make sipping coffee indoors safer, and it would be less obtrusive than the 3Pro.

What are your thoughts on these filters/purifiers? Corsi Rosenthal box
AirFanta 3Pro is very easy to transport. They're just not the most aesthetic device. it's more affordable than Clean Air Kits. Not as quiet but depending on what you're performing, that may not matter as much

Need an air purifier recommendation
If you need something pre-made, maybe the Nukit Tempest would work. You can use whatever fans you want, I think, so you can choose the quietest PC fans out there. Not sure if the AirFanta 3Pro is sleek enough looking, but if you run that at say 8V or 9V, you will get roughly 300 CFM CADR and it's re

Best air purifier for pets? literally choking on fur over here
It's not the most aesthetic unit but the AirFanta 3Pro is great at picking up pet hair, if you keep it on the ground. I have two cats and my AirFanta collects a good amount of hair. I vacuum the sides 2-3x a month

Portable/Mini Air Purifier for Hospital Stay(s)
If you’re able to have some kind of surface to place it facing you when you have appointments then I’d suggest the AirFanta 4Lite which is a portable laminar air flow (not big enough to clean the room, but able to send a straight stream of purified air toward your face if there aren’t strong air cur

Best air purifier for dust and pets?
Unfortunately the AirFanta 3Pro is ugly but it's great for pet hair. The creator has pictures of it caked in dust from his child's classroom blackboard. The attached picture is mine with 2 weeks worth of cat hair

Need air purifier for a huge room, Europe
That is huge. For sloped or "vaulted" type ceilings, Hunker has a guide to dividing up the space here: https://www.hunker.com/13402620/how-to-measure-a-vaulted-ceiling/ You're right. You would need multiple purifiers exceeding a €500 budget. Xiaomi is cheap, but the quality is not as good as brands

Air Purifiers Recs for Floorplan
See thee AutoModerator comment. Purifiers aren't good at reducing visible dust particles as they're large and heavy compared to "invisible" pollutants like PM2.5. And generally you need one purifier per room or area. I wouldn't place purifiers in bathrooms or kitchens. Kitchens can produce high conc

What's the best air purifier for home?
If aesthetics and noise levels are important to you, Coway ProX for the main living space (assuming it’s large-ish) and any Coway “medium spaces” unit (use their website to filter) for the Bedroom. Total ~$1k. If aesthetics and noise levels are not important, two AirFanta 3Pro, run on Medium-High, a
