That's what I did with my L70! That's my only gripe about the acebeam h30, no battery gauge, and when the battery gets low instead of throttling down to the 1 of the lowest settings, it does long blink with the light being of for 1.5 seconds.

Milwaukee hard hat mount for Ryobi head lights.
That mount is sweet but still that Ryobi light is huge and only up to 575 Lumens and 2Ah battery. I use Acebeam H30 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L4B42KC up to 4000 Lumens though I usually run it at 380 or 1100, runs for 3 hours at 1100 lumens and that is the true run time and true lumens.
