Made a small mod to my 4yo daughter's left Joycon, she really likes GBA/SNES titles.

If you like snes style controller, I like the 8bitdo sn30 pro

Being a Switch 1 player today, seeing all the Switch 2 players get their updates 💀

Lol, same. I bought a Switch 2 last week in anticipation of the update. I have a Steam Deck but it's pretty heavy and bulky. I can fit the Switch 2 tablet and 8BitDo SN30 Pro in my jacket pockets or purse but the Steam Deck needs a big backpack.

Got the Mechanism plane seat mount

May I ask how old you are? Once you get up in age doing anything in the same position for a long time hurts. Also 8bitdo SN30 pro is the perfect controller companion for flights.

8bitdo is an unreliable company and if you're thinking of buying one of their controllers to use with your Switch/Switch 2, just buy a Nintendo controller.

https://support.8bitdo.com/firmware-updater.html Their firmware update tool is here, and is updated for the Switch 2 for most controllers they'll continue supporting. It automatically detects controllers and is what I used to update an SN30 Pro, Pro 2, and Ultimate C. Sometimes the update process st

Please.. I beg for a remap.

When I first played Hollow Knight on Switch I used the pro-controller and stick, and it was so fucking hard, but I thought I was just shit or the game was too hard, but I managed to do everything except beat Radiance and NKG, and I didn't do Godhome. Got it on PC a year or few later, played it using

Are the NES and SNES online controllers discontinued?

I would look at an SN30 Pro by 8bitDo as an alternative. As far as function, it will be more useful than those classic controllers because it will work with every game.

Any switch controllers that feel like Xbox?

You might like the 8bitdo controllers feel. I’ve got an sn30 pro 2 (think SNES meets PS2 but with all modern buttons) and the plastic texture feels pretty similar to what I remembered my Xbox one controller did. I’m actually really interested in 8bitdo Ultimate 2 for Switch/Windows use.

Best Bluetooth controller for TV play with Anbernic RG40XX H?

I use the same one that’s on the image, an 8bitdo SN30 Pro. Authentic feel for retro gaming, but more comfortable than a real SNES controller (it’s a bit bigger). And has analogs for PS1/Dreamcast/N64.

8bitdo firmware updater script

If you bought some controllers a while ago you need to update them to get switch 2 support. That is just one of the features they added, but you can check the changelogs on 8bitdo's page. AFAIK it's safe, but don't quote me on that haha. I did it for my SN30 pro and it worked flawlessly but I don't
