I own 5 products 8bitDo products. Personally I’ve had no issues with their controllers except the SN30 Pro’s analog stick rubber kinda breaking apart. The no wake-up is definitely a bummer too.

The rubber on my thumb sticks on my 8bitdo controller completely disintegrated and rubbed off within a year. The ps4 controller I use for my phone is like 10 years old now and works perfectly with no wear that impacts anything. Sure it’s anecdotal but based on my experience with the 8bitdo sn30 pro

i suspect its the controller and windows being weird, does it have bluetooth support? i suspect my 8bitdo sn30 pro+ shows that message paring name when i resume my laptop from hibernation while its connected via wired
