Please.. I beg for a remap.

When I first played Hollow Knight on Switch I used the pro-controller and stick, and it was so fucking hard, but I thought I was just shit or the game was too hard, but I managed to do everything except beat Radiance and NKG, and I didn't do Godhome. Got it on PC a year or few later, played it using

Is the M30 good for modern and retro 2D games?

I'm a fan of the M30 for emulation, but not so much for many modern 2D games. It's a good d-pad for platformer games. It's nice to have the 6 button layout for Mega Drive / Saturn emulation and many modern fighting games, but that layout falls short in Nintendo games - especially modern ones - to th

SNES controller for disabled guy

These 8bitdo controllers have a very similar feel to original SNES controllers. I wouldn't know if the d-pad will work well for you but, to me, it feels very similar to a SNES pad. https://www.8bitdo.com/sn30-pro-g-classic-or-sn30-pro-sn/ I don't know of any adapters to use original snes controllers

Looking For A Controller With A D-Pad That Feels Like My RP5

Ordered! After watching Russ from Retro Game Corps’ review to double check. Thanks for the recommendation. I had no idea 8bitdo had ditched the mushy d-pad, and I loved everything else about my SN30 Pro+, so I’m happy to just upgrade instead of switching.

I surrre do love 8BitDo controllers!

Not my thread, but I have a Pro 3 for the Switch and the Pro 3 for the Steam Deck, both different colors. Yes, I know you can switch between the two, but I'm lazy and keep the systems in different places. So having dedicated controllers for each device is worth it to me. Then I have other controller

6 button pad

Aside the 8Bitdo M30 2.4G Wireless, and the 8Bitdo M30 Wired Controller, there also is another option: https://retro-bit.com/controllers/saturn/ If you go wireless, go with a controller that comes with a 2.4 Ghz dongle, it will give you less latency than bluetooth. Also, the "Retro-Bit Saturn Pro" c

Disappointed with d-pad on Pro 2 for Xbox.

SN30, Pro 2 and Pro 2 Xbox dpads were always bad. Stiff, with bad diagonals, just very generic membrane dpad. No wonder 8bitdo redesigned it like 2 or 3 times with every new revision and model. I can only imagine one type of gamers who consider it "great" - people who used to mash and press their dp

I got a steam deck LCD, switch 1, oled, and 2, rp6, anbernic 35xxsp and I use an m5 iPad Pro 13 with a modded galileo g8 for streaming, also an rg ds For couch, I want 2 options. I’d like the iPad Pro M5 11 inch screen, with a built in controller that is shaped exactly like the steam deck controls r

I don’t understand the debate over the price for the Steam controller

Eh, wouldn't say that his statement is untrue either. It depends on the specific controller and the games you play. I've had 3 8bitdo controllers over the years: sn30 pro (1st version which looked more like a snes controller), pro 2 wired controller and pro 3 in gamecube colorway. Sn30 pro has VERY

What do you use to play the game? Controller?

Used an 8Bitdo SN30 Pro for 3 years because it has a great d-pad for the price, switched to Hori Fighting Commander because it's also more comfortable in hand while still being pretty cheap
