The A3D really brought home how different the Nintendo Switch Online emulation is from the original console. So it's not a technical limitation as in they couldn't do it, I really think they have a collaboration and intention to sell more 8bitdo controllers and it's as simple as that. Gotta say, I have one of each (OG wired, NSO and 8Bitdo 64) and they all work perfectly fine for me. I have never had any lag, though I am probably only 1 to 1 1/2 meters from the Analogue 3D. I probably prefer the 8bitDo simply because I'm used to the form factor, though it is fun to reminisce and

The 8bitdo ones that were released for the analogue feels great in the hands, the buttons feel great, and would be perfect for playing games with a few friends like Mario party or Mario Kart, but any game that requires precision on the analogue stick like Goldeneye or Ocarina of time using the sling

+1 for the 8BitDo 64. Completed Goldeneye 00 Agent with it. Couldn't stand having a second stick in the way complicating things. You have to get used ZR being your emulator option menu but I'm obsessed with it now. I'll play every 64 NSO game now with it.
