Anyone else have this type of history?
I've been on Zep for 14 months and reached my goal weight right at the one year mark.
I read here almost every day and see a lot of people talking about food addiction, overeating, not exercising and how Zep has helped with all of that.
I have had a completely different journey.

On building discipline and good habits in your 30s
All I can say is, ang hirap tumandang disorganized! 😂 It's true na you reap what you sow. If you don’t build anything in your 20s to help keep you grounded, chances are you’ll spend your 30s in mayhem. What worked for me right now are these:

Galaxy Fit 3 is capable of a lot more but Samsung isn't caring about it much anymore
Galaxy Fit 3 Users These Features Should Exist (Hardware Already Supports Them)
Hey everyone,
I’ve been using the Galaxy Fit 3 for about a year and smth now, and honestly, it’s a great device for the price. But the more I use it, the more obvious it becomes that Samsung is limiting features in so

I was so relaxed playing the game, my fitness tracker thought I was sleeping
This has happened before too! Just played for the first time in a while and I was in the zone, according to my Whoop.

Slept so well I thought my fitness tracker was broken, HRV up to 222 from 100.
Hey ya'll,
has anyone else had absurd recovery score increases when you started make small tweaks to sleep habits? I'm a bit bewildered. My sleep was improving steadily but then got boosted to the stratosphere, I genuinely wondered if the whoop is broken.
My HRV used to consistently hit 65-75. I

The Weeks is a 9/10 for me. I’ll get it again and again.
It’s a 9/10 because I hate that there is no clasp to keep it shut / that you have to spend $30 on a hobonichi brand band or cover with a clasp lolz. I found my happy medium via a good ol binder clip. It works perfectly! Adding pages of my fitness tracker, can you tell I am obsessed with data and acc

9 years a PT gift to me. Got tired of fitness watches. Welcome Tag Night Diver
As the title states- wearing a fitness tracker/ Apple Watch as your daily can get pretty boring when you are a personal trainer but love watches.
4 years ago I saw this Tag Night Diver but got something else at the time. The last 2 years and in particular this year I have worked harder and got luc

Tried a mini fitness tracker
Found an old Muji dot grid notebook and made a tiny fitness tracker. I know 3000 steps don’t seem like a lot but as someone who is largely sedentary, every little bit helps :)

Wore my Garmin watch during labor
I was just reminiscing over my labor with my first kid and reminded myself that I wore my Garmin during labor. I got curious and checked my stats.
Guess the time he was born 😂
If you wore your fitness tracker during labor and want to share the stats, feel free.
