Redragon K715 Pro Issue
OK, that's weird that it was in the file named "user guide" and not the file named "software". BTW, your problem is not unusual. My Yunzii AL68 is QMK and has a rotary encoder but there's no support for configuring it in the firmware.

Help me choose a keycap set (please)
Nice QMK/VIA board. Probably actually QMK, since it's Yunzii. Also probably be months before the source code shows up, to judge how long it took for the Yunzii AL68. That third one says it's XDA profile, but it's not. XDA is a uniform profile with all the keys the same height. That's OEM or Cherry,
