I doubt that the Dre’s were flat. I believe Beat would lose sales for recreational consumers. I have been confirming my mixes with AirPod Pros. I was was surprised when the wired AirPods exposed high bass levels after monitoring with Sennheisers. You may like the Air Pod Pros. I do recommend HS3 or

MY CURRENT MIX: Please give constructive criticism!
I recommend that try to kick up about $230.00 and get a pair of the Yamaha HS3 of HS4 ($245.00). Guitar Center current have used for $165.). Don’t let these little speakers fool you. They can get pretty loud if needed. Loudness is not what you need to achieve a good mix especially if your room isn’t

Can i use a subwoofer with a guitar amplifier?
i think a lot of people are missing that you're using this system for playback, casual music listening. no it's not going to sound great or full range, but yeah i mean you can connect things up and it will all make sound personally tho since it's the holiday season i'd just look around for whatever

If you were to start producing new like me, how would u start?
It the way I interpreted your writing. I categorized speakers as home speakers which you definitely can’t use useless you want keep running to the car. Had you said “not headphones” then I would’ve understood stood you meant monitors for the newbies due to your knowledge. Most people I reply with mo

Why aren’t studio monitors more prominent if they’re more accurate?
I'm not sure why these $100 plastic boxes should even be mentioned here? I had a pair very briefly at my office desk for the occasional listen, and they had absolutely terrible, jarring mid range. But what is better at $100 new? I genuinely don't know. I replaced them with Yamaha HS3 which are the s

FINALLY fixed the drums! How does it sound now?
Bro you may not know this. You Are Talented. Don’t prove me wrong if this beat will be a One Wonder. The monitors I like is the Yamaha HS3 & HS4. For the price they are great. Yamaha offers models larger models but I like these two because there small and can travel with me in a computer bag. I have

Why do my vocals always sound too crisp/bright in the mix?
You were better off getting monitors first. It’s going to take time to learn your headphones. Head phones are good for portability, prevent disturbance and as an additional to monitor. For the money I recommend Yamaha HS3 or HS4. These little monitors will surprise you. I got them because I felt the

Ain't Much But I Got A Little Basement Setup Going.
Nice setup. Looking real good. As for the monitors, you’ll see a lot of people suggest JBL. Nice monitors. I’m partial to the Yamaha HS series. You can get a pair of the HS3 under $250.

Bluetooth for serious monitoring should be placed as “no other choice.” Get the HS3s. I have Rokit 8s plus the sub, Yamaha HS3s, SennHeiser HD380 Pro, AirPods Pro & wired Air Pods. The HS3 is the monitor I use & trust to process and mix my tracks. They are going for $230.00 on Amazon. Guitar Center

MY CURRENT MIX: Please give constructive criticism!
With head phones the room is not the issue. It’s your Dr Dre’s. If they were designed for mixing they would sell. They are not set for a flat frequency response. I tested one model out because of the name & price. I knew I I could not mix with them because they felt comfortable on my ears and they s
