Finally got an Aeron for my Mac Setup

Yeah these are the Yamaha hs3. The smallest in the lineup. I started with 8’s then had 5’s and now the 3’s which save so much desk space and still sound really good. You could definitely still use them for hobbyist music production or for demo work.

Music production begginer

It’s best to invest in monitors. You can use your headphones for writing, creating, recording and setup a mix. Your headphones are sonically enhanced to sell especially at the low frequency end. Chances are when monitoring with them the mix may sound thin due to translation of the low mid & bass fre

Subwoofer recommendacíõns

To be honest the Presonus Eris BT subwoofer is excellent for the price. I have a little “portable setup” that is running Yamaha HS3’s and I needed way more low end. I didn’t want to spent much for yet another subwoofer just for this little travel rig. So I gave the Presonus a try. It’s actually mind

Trash or no?

I have tested Yamaha HS3 & HS4. Don’t let these little speakers fool you. I got them because I use to have the legendary NS10s. All the major has studios has them to this day. There no longer available. I didn’t like them because they lacked bass. I would have visually look at the woofer’s movement

Active monitors for home DJs?

Haven't tested but there's a few 2nd hand near me. Often tagged with only used once. That's telling. I bought the yamaha hs3. Front ported, small format, perfect for my tiny room. Cost 40 usd. (Retail about 200 each).

amp reccomendation to use with amp sim/milti effects for quiet playing

Powered/Active studio monitors? You can either get a smaller pair (like Yamaha HS3.5's for 230 USD), if you want stereo, or a larger single monitor (ike the Kali LP-6 or JBL 306p for $225 each), if you just want mono. All three of these have balanced XLR input, so you can run straight from the XLR o

Built this pc but my friends don’t care lol

They are Yamaha hs7 they are bit overkill for my current setup I’d recommend hs6 or even hs3, any monitors are really pretty good tbh kinda just picking aesthetic.. some monitors are more flat natural sound like the hs7 or hs6, some come alil more punchy or bass heavy out the box like krk.. dont ove

Stay humble.

It’s a pair of Yamaha HS3’s along with a subwoofer under the table. Not sure what exactly is wrong with that speaker setup, especially for a small bedroom setup. When did Yamaha HS3’s all of the sudden become trash speakers lol.
