Mi Smart Band 10

The Mi Band 10s heart rate tracker is almost as good as an ECG chest strap. And, as others have stated, you're burning calories 24/7. I think the overall difference is the way things are calculated, like active vs. total calories, updated algorithms/sensors, and how both devices read movement/s. You can dig more into it, but I think the Mi Band 10 is more up to date when it comes to counting calories.

Mi Band 10 is a horrible with steps, distance and calories. As someone who runs 4 days a week and hikes once a week, I can tell you that the Mi Band 10 is not usable for these tasks.

i use mi band 10. it's cheap lang and accurate naman stats niya. you can add tasks for reminders like the one u mentioned. great also for adhd i think cos it has less distractions (apps), very simple interface.

I agree with the calorie/steps thing. I drive a lot for work and my watch goes off telling me I've hit my goals when I know I've just sat on my ass driving lol. But if I used my mi band 10 for actual activities it would work great and would easily compare with my galaxy watch Battery life for me tho

Compared to my Mi Band 10, yes it does. But a few times it's off by 2-3 BPM. Check the instructions carefully & follow it by clicking on the corner.

All my old Mi Bands (have owned three) were pretty accurate. Based on that I haven't really tested my Band 10 but so far it tracks with how many steps I usually recorded on my old bands doing the pretty much same routines after certain hours, all these years, reason why I didn't bother tracking this
