How reliable is the Xbox Elite Series 2 in 2026?

Ive never had good luck with the Series 2, I get bumper issues without fail. Ive had like 6-8 different elite series 2 at this point that ive either replaced or gotten a warranty on and every single one the RB or LB starts having issues within a few months. I have a stock xbox one controller that i'

Should I buy on Xbox or PS5?

Honestly I was wondering the same I have a series x and ps5 base but I decided to wait and keep playing Control on series x lol. But it really just depends on which controller you like playing with. I got the Elite 2 for xbox and love the feel and comfort of it plus 4 extra buttons and great battery

How reliable is the Xbox Elite Series 2 in 2026?

I agree with you. I have a condition that gives me a lot of joint pain in my hands/wrists and the ergonomics of the gamesir G7 SE felt awful compared to a standard xbox controller or an elite controller. The grips/handles are way too short, my pinky almost feels like it’s falling off the controller.

Negative Steam Controller Review

Good take and I agree. The first controllers I bought were agonizing. I had been using MnK for almost 30 years and my history with controllers was basically Nintendo until the the GameCube. Sure, I played PS3 and PS4 here and there and even owned both. But nothing ever would get me to like controlle

Valor Pro Wireless is a solid choice

Crazy we had almost the exact same weekend. Been looking for a replacement for my 3rd Elite Series 2 on Xbox Series X. Bought a Wolverine V3 Pro. Didn’t feel right and the 3mm audio jack didn’t work with my headset. Returned that and ordered Valor Pro Wireless. Supposed to be here Wednesday so this

How reliable is the Xbox Elite Series 2 in 2026?

Had both the Elite Series 1 & 2, will get the Elite Series 3. Every controller on the market, without exception, will develop problems with long term use. The Elite Controller is however worthy of the best reviews as a controller, because quite simply it has earned that praise in many ways over the

How reliable is the Xbox Elite Series 2 in 2026?

Honestly I've had about 1 Elite series 1 controller and about 3 Elite Series 2 controllers. They ALWAYS lose the grip or get stick drift. There was not one of them who didn't lose the grip between the first couple months. Even a regular controllers have lasted longer. I can't believe I wasted $1000

How reliable is the Xbox Elite Series 2 in 2026?

I think I bought 3. 1st one had an issue with bumpers. 2nd one had issues with the A button only working if you hit it dead-center. I tried to have Xbox fix it but they didn’t see any issues and warranty expired. 3rd one, it fell on the right analog stick (maybe 2-3 feet) and now needs to be replace

How reliable is the Xbox Elite Series 2 in 2026?

I’ve had mine for a year and a half. I actually adore it (I may be an odd case since I personally don’t care very much about stick drift since it doesn’t really affect me in game, unless I’m AFK). It isn’t flawless. Stick drift is about as bad as the regular Series X/S controllers, and the rubber gr

Leaked images reveal Xbox Elite 3 controller with mysterious new buttons

I originally thought that too, given they officially licensed a controller from 8BitDo that has a feature like that (here, if interested). Honestly, I may give the 8BitDo one a shot. It also has rubber grips, but it looks like the face plate is removable AND replaceable if peeling starts. I spent wa
