Sorry to hear about your neighbor dispute. Battery powered Cams and Doorbell Cams, never record as well as Electric Powered Cams/Doorbell Cams. It's also wyze and literally everything is paywalled and it's 1080p. If you insist on wyze get the v4 with the window mount and disable IR lights. Better all around camera same window abilities
