I just got a WYBOT C1 this season because I was under the same impression. Now all I wish was I bought it sooner. Longevity wise, we’ll see but I’m getting to the age where I think the pool vacuum will last longer than my back will. 😂

I got a Wybot C1 it was under $400 at the time has basic programming options but does what I need. As for the top I have a Beta and Aiper. Beta is great but like the Aiper because I got it for $50 from Walmart on a clearance deal. I actually got 2 of them for that price.

Wybot C1 Pro. Battery, no cord to deal with. Plenty of power to scrub and move water and catches fine debris. Walls and floor in like 4 patterns.

did you try flower mound pool care or Pool Werx? I use them sometimes to deal with broken pipes / replacement of equipment. Of those 3, the Wybot. The bigger wheels help. For a bit more money recommend the Wybot C1. If it’s an above ground pool, just set it to floor only mode.

Am I late to the party? Wybot gives you more features for the money. Dolphin gives you fewer headaches long term. If €500 is your comfort zone, I don’t think the C1 Pro is a bad buy. But there’s a reason Dolphin has the reputation it does.
