I researched Wybot C1 but Aiper S1 came out on top albeit $100 more expensive.

I have the C1 which stopped working after about 6 uses. Wybot is not answering phones and the messages get one response, then radio silence. So there is basically no warranty. I'm still trying to get a warranty claim for my Wybot C1 that worked 10 times before not powering on again. 2 year warranty, but they don't answer their phones or respond to emails. Or they do and then ignore you. Been trying to get an RMA or refund since May. So $400 lost.

I bought a C1 in June 2025, initially worked well but then started to play up after a month or so - would not power up manually but did work via the app. Now, in September 2025, it will not charge and the machine is completely dead.
