Withings Customer Concerns: A Complete Wrap-Up

I admire how much time you invest into diving deep here. Being a user of Withings watches and scales for almost ten years, I had my share of problems with the company. From buggy SW/Apps and device FW, through faulty HW, problems with the support (including lying to me and denying legally binding su

Switched from Whoop and I am as happy as someone could be

I personally wouldn't bother with withings+. I've had a Scan watch 1 since it launched and previously the original watch from even before Nokia and it still works. You'll find on this sub quite a lot of withings criticism but I've got a scale and BPM monitor as well and haven't had any of the big is

New Scanwatch 2

I just spoke with Withings support (for what that's worth) and they tell me that existing ScanWatch 2 devices will get the new HealthSense 4 operating system. At the end of the day, my confidence as to whether or not existing devices will get an updated OS is not as high as I would like.

What's happening at Withings? An open letter to the company

Withings+ A brief recap: in 2022 we launched our subscription offer in the app, which initially provided access to nutritional and workout programs. Without any price increase, Withings+ has expanded since then to include new indicators like the long-term Health Improvement Score and the daily Vital

Withings Scanwatch or scamwatch?

I have quite a different experience with my Scanwatch. After almost 3 years my watch still lasts for 3 weeks_ish except a short period of time of unusual drain because of Withings app bugs.

I found this version of the Withings watches, did you know any ot the existed?

I bought a Pininfarina Senso a while back. They look nice, and they pretty much do what they say they do. But they're not made well. The software and capabilities (of both the watch and the app) are clunky and limited compared to the Withings watches. Support was almost nonexistent. Mine broke (one

Where did all the Scanwatch functions go?

I believe they moved it in the new version of the app and reset some of our already configured settings (which is pretty lame). Go to your devices (top right corner) > click on ScanWatch (if you have multiple devices) > Scroll down to Health features, click on "Respiratory Scan Not activated" > keep

Battery usage is super high

It's always like this with App updates. Had the same issue Yesterday. As always I installed the good old proven APK 6.0.1 and all is fine - and I didn't forget to give those fucking beginners another one star review on the Google play store. Each time I update that they get the massage. Not sure if

Goodbye my beautiful hybrid Scanwatch 2, I will miss you... But I want DATA! Looking forward to life with my ugly Instinct 2 Solar.

For anyone curious, I had: Three, 3!... Steel Sport HRs Scanwatch 1 that died in water, under warranty Scanwatch 2 I also have the Withings Scale. If I end up liking the Garmin ecosystem, I might convert that too. If I hate the plasticy feel of the Garmin, I might consider coming back. Primary Gripe

To all ex-AW owners, what makes the Garmin a better watch for you than the AW?

Ex AW user of many different types, switching back and forth and generally undecided. Like you say, sleep tracking is not that great and has a major impact on the Body Battery and Training readiness. It seems to me that Garmin is currently improving in that area, my scores are getting better without
