Moved in today and found out the neighbor smokes cigars inside his home, which is leaking into my home through the basement . We share a wall.

Stuck between options Levoit or Winix
You will probably want two of which ever you decide on. And then run them on a higher speed than just auto. If one goes in your bedroom you can even set smart schedule to use a lower speed at bed time and then faster later. Either unit should be good tbh as they have pretty similar filtration levels
