Windscribe usage discrepancy
Sound like you are on the free plan and as far as I know, P2P is disabled on their free servers now. I don't want to worry you but maybe the traffic didn't go through Windscribe. You should bind your VPN to your torrent client to make sure it doesn't leak.

Got banned after 3 months on the unlimited plan
Been a windscribe faithful for years, get the year for 30 when they run anniversary sales +a static IP for another 30. I don't abuse it, I get them putting a limit on the unlimited. Free VPNs are usually slow and limited. Proton and Windscribe have free tiers, but they will not fix Cloudflare issues.
