Don't forget number 3 who complain that it's not the same as competitors costing 2-3x as much and crap on threads where others say they are happy with their device, demanding sources and explanations. 🤣 I switched from 2 years on Whoop to a Helio strap. I get this thing permanently for the cost of a

Apple Watch Sleep Data vs Whoop
Quantified Scientist did a review recently (watch the second half for recent devices, first half is for old devices). But basically, for him and his body, the Apple Watch matched his sleep stages more than Whoop did. Though the MG does appear closer than the 4.0, given what you have I’d err on the s

Is the polar band still bad? (Help)
Depends what you're searching for. Polar Loop is better in HR accuracy than Whoop 4.0 and Helio Strap when worn on the bicep. It's a dumpster fire like the others when worn on a small wrist like mine. Sleep tracking is good. Activity tracking works and has a daily goal with three options to choose f

Made my girlfriend wear an Apple Watch and Whoop on opposite wrists for 3 months
I have a Whoop as well. I didn't mention it because of how poorly I view it, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. It is wildly inaccurate for heart rate for activities and there are so many gimmick features. I fell for the marketing with the 4.0 and I threw it in a drawer after 4 months, I no

Google's Whoop competitor is here, Fitbit Air starts at $99
Thankfully they have multiple options through Google / Fitbit. Having trialed the Whoop 4.0 for a year, I enjoyed the no screen on my wrist to distract me. But the yearly subscription made me pick up a AWU2.

Whoop suing Bevel!!
Their app design is better since they have updated to look more like Bevel but it is not really intuitive. The Women's health is stuck in the menu, you can't turn off the AI which is a huge issue for people who don't want it. I don't care about the insights as most of them are all common sense. I ha

Polar loop : very happy
Well just look at amazfit Helios much cheaper and yes hardware is miles ahead it gets HR pretty ok point with a chest strap in wrist and even better on bicep, whoop only is useful for daily usage at bicep and even there when you run or do a intense workout is just a hit and miss and most times just

Need help finding a fitness tracker
I have had so many. Fitbit Charge, Charge 2, Charge 3, Charge HR, Fitbit Flex, Fitbit Alta, Apple Watch 3, Apple Watch Ultra 2, Polar Verity Sense, Whoop 4.0, Samsung Smartwatch, Oura Ring 2, Oura Ring 3, and I just got the Whoop 5.0 through my FSA. Honestly they’re all fine but it depends on your f

Moving away from Garmin with a balance 2
I'm in the same boat you are. Have a Fenix Pro 7X and Helio Strap. I use the Helio strap on a bicep band for weightlifting because wrist-based HRMs don't work well. I use my Fenix only for GPS activities (cycling, running and hiking). If you only use the watch for GPS activities, why wouldn't you ju
