Whoop is way off. They didn’t even measure steps until it was in beta with the 4.0. With the 5.0, I’ve found it was worse in the other direction and overestimates. My Helio strap though when on my bicep? Usually within 200-500 of my Apple Watch, which I’d say is pretty damn good.
