best dashcam 2026 (what I think really matters, my reccs AND mistakes to avoid)
it's the viofo a129 pro duo, both cams are starvis2 with proper hdr, footage at night is night and day compared to my old 4k unit. wish it did h265 though, files are chonky

VIOFO sucks - vent
Sorry about your wife getting hit and ran on. Lil late now, but make sure the micro SD is an endurance card. Viofo recommends either their in house brand, or Samsung Pro Endurance. I personally avoid SanDisk as those are most often faked. I've been running my A129 Pro Duo with a Samsung Pro Enduranc
