Best Switch for My Use Case
I travel a shit ton for work and the Switch 2 is my everywhere device now - replacing my steam deck. If you want smaller, get a pocketable retro handheld

What weird Steam Deck habit did you accidentally develop?
Yep. You can tell that Valve worked very hard on a lot of the stuff with the SD, it shows. The follow-through is the issue. The verification system is nice in concept, but is only as good as it's maintenance, which has already been shown to be lacking. They NEED to make a community rating for verifi

Need help choosing console
Would be better to ask PC gaming since those are handheld x86 Linux systems. I'd go with rog or steam deck if what you are aiming is "portable" but to me neither are that portable to me since you can't fit them in a pocket.

Worth the buy?
Thats the point is short gaming sessions like lunch breaks and the Steam Deck dies in under 2 hours on Valheim and needs a whole carrying case. The Thor fits in my cars center console. I bought this for my gf and she carries it in her purse everywhere very portable

Worth the buy?
My steam deck can do a 5-6hr of Valihim session. It all fits in a purse, I’m just saying the best thing it has is its screens and portability, but if the 3ds doing the exact same thing for 1/3 the price what’s the point?

Worth the buy?
In the lowest setting it will. Who is gonna put a steam deck in their purse with the rest of their belongings to carrying as a daily driver that’s extremely uncomfortable and heavy. A 3ds can’t play other consoles, phone and pc games while multi tasking with other apps.
