The game is verified to launch at 10fps haha If you change some settings it can be a little better but should not be verified for sure. Changing from "quality" default graphics to "performance". Should absolutely have been the default Steam deck settings BEFORE it was verified, as an absolute bare m

Is anyone surprised? Verified has meant nothing for years. Valve saying they're going to make the restrictions even MORE lax for the Steam Machine honestly has me very concerned what they're gonna let publishers get away with, after watching what they've "verified" for the Deck.

Yeah. It sucks big time. Bungie is very hostile to Proton for some reason. Put out a whole blog post at one point for Destiny just to say no support ever for Steam deck.

Unfortunately, a few months too late na discernment mo whether or not to buy since RAM prices have skyrocketed bc of AI data centers (SSDs as well, both of which the SD use). Pangarap ko rin yan since the OLED version released bc of how much games I have in my steam library which would definitely ru

Took me forever to get the docked mode to work, but even then it's sporadic. I was running it through my Denon receiver, and it would detect that there was something there, but nothing would show on the TV. I also happened to see it needed an update when I unplugged it, but couldn't start the update

Not sure if I’m missing something or it’s just difference of the plane but I got mine and it’s mounted on the tray table itself and my steam deck just sags forward. Trying it on a plane now and it just doesn’t seem to be working out for me.

I see a lot of steam deck, Asus rog recommendations, unless you absolutely have to play on the plane or something like that just get a ps5. Same price, and the experience is not even comparable. If you have access to a tv everywhere you're staying I don't see any reason not to.

I used to have a Steam Deck but sold it and prefer Switch 2. I love everything Steam stands for and it has that benefit, but it’s still a computer and you still need to tweak things here and there to get everything right. I just prefer the Switch 2 games just working right away.

I own both; had the steam deck for about a year now and just got my Thor last month. I barely play on my steam deck anymore, really only playing one game on there that I can't get to work through game native. I play a lot of indie games so the Thor works perfectly for my steam library. Right now I'v
