If you are not okay with Oura subscription then Ultrahuman Ring Air is a good option. I have been using the ring for 2 months now, no issues so far. And the metrics are pretty accurate as well. Overall I'm very much satisfied with the purchase.

Tried the Oura ring but it's going back bit of a scam paying £400 for something then having to pay a montly subscription. I would wait, both the RingConn Gen 3 and Ultrahuman Ring Pro are coming out this year. If they hold up to their promises, they will both be significant upgrades over the previous gen. Hopefully Ultrahuman also improves their quality control with the new design.

Love these guys they respond back in DMs and took care of my issue. I’ve been using both oura v3 and ultrahuman air. The air last longer battery wise and it gives me some good health data. I’d recommend them
