Attended a big fat Indian wedding with my ring air and came back lighter :)
The ring has become my personal critic as well as supporter. I chase a good recovery score everyday and it has helped me in controlling my PCOS! Can't thank Ultrahuman enough for this.

After A LOT OF RESEARCH: Trigger pulled, order placed
There are so many reasons. This will be broken down in more detail on YouTube video. The service and support on Ultrahuman so far has been so much better. I like that UH sees themselves as the underdog and they want to beat OURA. That level of drive makes me feel like the users will be the biggest w

I would NOT repurchase Ultrahuman ring
Love these guys they respond back in DMs and took care of my issue. I’ve been using both oura v3 and ultrahuman air. The air last longer battery wise and it gives me some good health data. I’d recommend them

Fitbit’s missing year and what it says about Google’s plans
Why not something like Oura (or a non subscription option but Oura is sort of the name in that space. I also think the subscription is an add-on rather than requirent?)? I’ve heard decent things about and if you want specifically no screen it might be worth moving to something that integrates with y

Recommendations wanted
I've been using ultrahuman ring air and I've been loving it. It's been brilliant with in-depth data insights, additional features, advice, and overall just fascinating and motivating information. From what I read when researching online, it's less accurate than the oura ring 4, although equal to man

18 Smart Rings + One Look-Alike
LOL. For me, RingConn Gen 2 with Ultrahuman Air are the best pairing...if down to two. I don't think I could go with less than two anymore. If three, I'll throw in the SR08 just because I like the convenience of a little digital clock as it's health features are pretty worthless.

PCOS girlie
I'm not equipped to answer on the details, but a little bit of info to help: Oura can pair with Clue, but if you want to pair with Natural Cycles, that requires a second subscription on top of Oura's monthly. Ultrahuman Air has gotten good feedback for it's free women's health features. It can also

Ultra human/ ringcon/ Apple Watch ?!! (Help pls)
I've been using Ultrahuman Air for 6+ months. Absolutely happy with it. No problems for now. AND NO SUBSCRIPTION! This is super important. It tracks lots of data (including sleep phases, tosses, turns, stress, restfulness, heart rate, etc). I use it when I use my walking pad at home. It has a separa

Suggestions Needed for Health Tracking
Hi! You’ve already narrowed it down to the right category (RingConn / Ultrahuman / Oura-type devices), so you’re on the right track. For no-subscription options in your range, most people usually end up comparing: RingConn Gen 2 Air (best balance of price + battery + no subscription) Amazfit Helio (

Is this reliable? My sleep track always looks like this. I sleep 8 hours every night and take naps.
Don’t worry, the Apple Watch is THE WORST of the devices that have been created for sleep tracking. I have tried a lot for years of all models, from the normal, edition, ultra which is the one I have now, but no, there is no way that crap to track a result close to acceptable in terms of deep sleep
