After A LOT OF RESEARCH: Trigger pulled, order placed

There are so many reasons. This will be broken down in more detail on YouTube video. The service and support on Ultrahuman so far has been so much better. I like that UH sees themselves as the underdog and they want to beat OURA. That level of drive makes me feel like the users will be the biggest w

Alternative rings compatible with Samsung Health

Tried the Oura ring but it's going back bit of a scam paying £400 for something then having to pay a montly subscription. It was comfortable and battery life was good but the subcription was a big turn off especially when cheaper rings do the same thing. Bought a RingConn Gen 2 now to try it out I'l

Ultrahuman ring air or Ringconn Gen 2?

I did a lot of research between OURA + ULTRAHUMAN + RINGCONN (gen 2) I ended up going with Ringconn (in gold). My reasons: Besides the subscription fee of Oura, Ringconn doesn’t delete their negative reviews on Reddit unlike Ultrahuman does. The ultrahuman app is better, and I liked their features h

Ultra human air 2?

Oura Gen 4 is in some ways a downgrade from Gen 3 as it is heavier and thicker, with statistical parity of the data gathered between the two. Maybe it has an extra day of battery life, but, I regret upgrading, TBH. Ultrahuman Air is nearing the sweet spot for a new generation, so I expect something

4 rings in 4 months 🚩 and terribly dishonest customer service (screenshot attached)

This message is in response to the negative comments and harsh criticism Ultrahuman often receives: I’m on my third UH Ring Air now, and this one has been working reliably for a while with no major issues. Customer service has been solid for me, about 4/5. From what I’ve seen, their firmware updates

Ultra human fans??

I have had an Ultrahuman Air since it was initially launched, and I love it. When I've had issues, customer service has been responsive and helpful. Having shorter battery life (about 4-5 days without battery saver or the new "chill mode") than others is not an issue for me as I do a top-up charge e

What does this mean?

Ultrahuman ring airs have a lot of issues, however usually if you have many problems they are more than willing to refund/replace your rings if they have issues. It took me two rings (plus they refunded me) but mine works as intended and I haven’t had any more problems sonce

The new Ultrahuman Ring pro looks good but THAT PRICE

While there's a lot of bad stuff to be said about the ultrahuman ring air, they really do take customer service and customer feedback extremely seriously. You can tell they took in all that feedback to make this ring one that could actually be a true rival. I went with ringconn in the end because of

Has anyone switched from Oura to another smart ring?

I have a Ultrahuman Air ring and it is an amazing company. There’s a 10% Ultrahuman referral link that works for international buyers if anyone needs it. it applies automatically at checkout. I’ve been using the ring myself and one thing that surprised me was that Ultrahuman even covered a blood tes

Having a hard time choosing a ring: Oura Gen 4 vs Ultrahuman Ring Air

I have really enjoyed my Ultrahuman ring! I love the look of their data and they recently jus paid for me to get bloodwork drawn and had my blood tested for free. I thought that was amazing customer service. If you want. I have a 10% off a ring purchase but due to legal Issues right now it’s only av
