Still waiting for someone to explain why Riverside, Avondale,St Johns Ave or Riverside Ave and Ortega Blvd have no Flock LPRs at all. This also goes for San Marco on San Jose 13 in its core of wealthy homes and the so called VIP.
Ubiquiti is definitely on the low-moderate end for what it actually provides. If you do most of the install yourself (most will still want to find a low voltage electrician installer for cat6 poe cables + front doorbell if no existing powered doorbell), it's the gateway/firewall/vpn/nvr device w/man

Unifi G6 Instant if you want to stay wireless, Unifi G6 Bullet or Turret if going wired. They all have the same 4K sensor and your footage is stored locally and not on anyone's servers. Miles ahead in smart detections using on-device AI. Short video from Ubiquiti for these cameras:https://www.youtub

G6 Entry not showing for adoption with CK G2+
Not sure if you are having the same problem as I did with the G6 PTZ and G6 turrets, but worth a try. Type the IP address for the camera into your browser The username and password are both: ubnt In the configure page under "UniFi Protect Server", type in the IP address of your gateway/controller. R

3rd Party Monitoring
3rd party monitoring as in virtual guard? I've wondered a lot about this too. I've learned that nearly all of the virtual guard companies (including Edgeworth, the one that I've heard most commonly recommended) use Immix as their middleware to connect to customer camera systems. While Immix doesn't

Security camera question
Get a reolink CX820 and a Reolink NVR. Make sure you have good lighting in the area, though, it is a color night vision camera so it needs that to perform well. That's the only model from Reolink that has proper zone fencing at the moment, and CX models are the best from Reolink, that's why I'm sugg

Is 15 fps worth the no monthly subscription?
Yea facial recognition unlocks door. Ubiquiti release a new line of doorbell recent g6 pro entry and below. Can use nfc as well. suppose to be for "commercial use" but can be installed really anywhere. Very seemless. I also used to use a aqara lock that unlocked when uwb phone was in front of door.

Need a WiFi video doorbell that works with Verizon 5G Home Internet.
Money is no issue? Get yourself Ubiquiti G6 pro entry. That's PoE. But if for some reason you can't run PoE, then Reolink Wi-Fi version (not battery powered) and also hardwired can work. Also uninstall everything ring you own and step on it and burn it or gift it to someone you hate. That's just ter

Best smart doorbell alternative with only 4 cm of space?
There are wedge/junction-box solutions available as well to extend. Ubiquiti doorbells would work as well, and there are PoE/data to two-wire solutions available if you can't bring CAT cable all the way to your door (product code = UACC-Retrofit-PoE-2Wire). Not cheap though, but high quality without
