Almost ready to jump ship...
I started migrating to Ubiquiti. I bought a UNVR, g5 ultra turrets (great camera btw), g5 bullets and a few g4 instants. Expensive, yes. But so much better than my outgoing Nest Outdoor cameras. Google completely ruined Nest and it’s a shame. However I find the UI Protect app to be superior to Nest

Is the CloudKey+ still a good buy (in 2025)?
I run 3 cameras off a CloudKey+ with no issues. G4 Pro Doorbell, G5 Pro and G5 Bullet. Viewing is smooth, only have the default 1TB ssd(all that was available at time of purchase), but that can easily be upgraded. Similar setup, I use OPNsense as my router but really wanted Ubiquiti cameras.

Are there any wireless cameras that work only on my WiFi? No subscription, no "sign up", etc....
Ubiquiti has a good option, but you will need one of the gateways that supports the protect application.

Camera quality of G6 Turret of someone getting into my car
That's a great quality, I have a G5 bullet but do not have that same detail. Do you have a motion activated light or one of the Ubiquiti lights?

I had an internet outage yesterday for several hours and my Ubiquiti cameras kept running with no issues. Made me realize even more ho
