UDR runs iperf fine. SSH in and install it yourself. Ubiquiti docs have the exact steps.

At this point it must be a hardware issue, Right? Wifi Constantly dropping, kicking devices off, requiring soft reset on Unifi Dream Router
It is possible your UDR is failing, especially POE output. I am not super familiar with ubiquiti's UI, does it provide diagnostic information for POE like enterprise gear does?
