U unfortunately these are usually never worth getting fixed unless you can do it yourself. I fixed a few friends elites and once you know what you're doing it's not that difficult. The rubber grips fell off my white so I spent double that on the Turtle Beach stealth ultra but I freaking love it. Same benefits my elite had with so much more. $200 is too much for any controller imo but I have never regretted my purchase.

Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra is good for large hands. Some say it’s not a great quality controller but mine hasn’t had any issues so far in the couple years I’ve had it. It’s very comfortable to use for prolonged periods of time for larger hands.

Fortunately my headset failed within like 3 months of getting it so it was replaced under warranty. Fortunately again my replacement headset kicked the bucket like a week after getting it.
