Stealth 700 Gen 3 is a Downgrade from the Gen 2

I'm a year late, May 4th, 2026 lol but just wanted to chime in here and say that I've had mine now for about 8 months, still my main headset. I did the quick firmware update out of the box before using them, and have had zero issues, with my friends actually saying the mic quality is great, at least

Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3 vs. JBL Quantum 910P

i've tested both on my pro. the jbl 910p has better spatial audio for footsteps in fps games, but the turtle beach mic sounds clearer to my friends. honestly if you already have the turtle beach and like it, stick with that one. the jbl's main advantage is the simultaneous bluetooth so you can take

So disappointed in Turtle Beach

No, it's just stress over time on a stress point made of cheap plastic. If you look at all of the complaints, the stress fracture is always in the same spot. Turtle Beach is notorious for this but it happens to almost every major brand that uses all plastic. "Yes, this is a well-documented issue. Tu

Anyone have experience with the Razer barracuda X?

How are you liking the Astros? I’ve been looking for something that can handle a hefty bass boost. So far I’ve tried SteelSeries Nova 5, Razer Barracuda X, HyperX Cloud Alpha, and Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3, and all have had their issues. The Sealth 700 sound great, but the build quality does no

Headset recommedation (wireless and with wire)

I've gone through a lot of them. I don’t buy Turtle Beach wireless headsets anymore. I’ve owned a pair of Stealth 600s and a Stealth 700 Gen 2 max, and both broke in the same spot right above the ear muff. The 600s lasted longer before they broke and the 700 Gen 2 max broke in the same spot a few we

Stealth 700 (gen 3) or Atlas Air?

Ive had the stealth 700 gen 2 and it broke like crazy. I had one my friend gifted me and it cracked at the headband in 3 months. He was able to get a replacement. A year later the second one cracked at the exact same spot. I reached out to turtle Beach and they gave me a replacement refurbished one
