Tapo C200 camera. About £25 I think? Plus an SD card for storage. Also got an exterior Tapo camera and a load of plugs and they all work perfectly well. Happy with all their products.

If going TP-Link, TAPO C200 might fit OP's needs a little better. It has pan/tilt capabilities and it's still under $20. I haven't used TP-Link anything in years. The app used to be hot garbage.

Hm, that's weird. What camera are you using and what exactly are you blocking (protocol, port)? When I block my Tapo C200 from connecting to the internet, it shows as "Offline" in Tapo app. I can still use it in Home Assistant, but Tapo app is really convenient.
