I mapped 5ghz signal strength in my house and on my property with 2 Deco XE75 units

The house is 1400sqft U shaped. The numbers indicate where I have the Deco units placed. The detached garage is in the top right corner. The property itself is 1/2 acre.

You can see that I get usable 5ghz signal on the entire property. I am easily pulling 300-500mbps everywhere I go in the ya

My humble home setup

UCG Ultra with two Deco XE75's (ethernet backhauled).

Been running great for a while and the wifi coverage is really good but not being able to centrally manage VLANS for the wifi is annoying I'll admit. I do intend to replace the decos with Unifi AP's sometime in the future. I've got an AC lite l

What's the best wi-fi extender for ATT Fiber

Very true. I upgraded my whole-home wifi with the TP-Link Deco XE75 (wifi mesh system) and I’m actually impressed. Just swapped out my old router + extender setup for this mesh system and the difference is real. If you’re sick of dead spots, buffering, weird lag when you move rooms, this could be th

I mapped 5ghz signal in my home & property with 2 TPLink Deco XE75 units

The house is 1400sqft built in 1958. The room with the orange colored signal has 1" thick wood panel walls. The drywall in the rest of the home is twice as thick as modern drywall.

I am using wireless backhaul only for node 2. Garage still pulls an impressive 700mbps in most areas.

I don't

Deco XE75 Pro AXE5400 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6E

Recently purchased a 3-Pack Deco XE75 Pro AXE5400 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6E and was shocked by the lack of basic settings/customization: how is it possible that a product at this price range doesn't allow bandwidth limit per connected device? I have 10+ years router that have this option. Am I missing

Planning my smart home setup, would love feedback on devices and choice

Hey everyone - I’m moving into a 3-bedroom house (about 1800 sqft) soon and finally want to set up a proper smart home. I’ve been reading and watching way too many reviews, and I think I’ve pieced together a plan that makes sense… but I’m also second-guessing myself on a few choices.

A little conte

Why is my WiFi slower after firmware update

I have Deco Xe75s all over and 1 gig internet. Last night I installed the firmware. Reboot my Att device and routers. Before, my download and upload speed were 750 consistently. Now they are 450. I tried network optimization and it says it is perfect. Thanks

Mesh network based on Starlink.

I want to create a mesh network in my old, large, 2-storey house. The main obstacles are the thick walls and the fact that I’d also like to cover part of the yard with Wi-Fi. The satellites will connect to each other via Wi-Fi — I’m not going to run Ethernet cables.
Am I right in thinking that thi

I finally switched to Deco and all issues are resolved

I've been struggling with slow wifi speeds with Google WiFi despite having very fast Google Fiber in my home.

I bought the Deco XE75 and not only do I have no reduction in speeds, it's way faster.

Google WiFi and Nest products are horrible. Don't fear making the switch.
