Why do I see so much hate towards the Deco BE25 (BE5000)?
Hey folks,
I just bought the Deco BE25 (x3) to create a mesh network in my 3 level home. Right now I have 1Gbps speeds and having the main router in the basement + one Deco M4 in the mail level as AP only gives me about 300mbs (Wi-Fi) on the third floor.
To my surprise, right after I bought them,

Best Wifi Mesh System
Upgraded my whole-home wifi with the TP-Link Deco XE75 and I’m actually impressed.

Just swapped out my old router + extender setup for this mesh system and the difference is real. If you’re sick of dead spots, buffering, w

Which Decos to buy?
The Deco XE75 (Pro) offers Wi-Fi 6E, which is on par with most modern devices. I have a 1 gigabit connection and three XE75 Pro units wirelessly connected throughout the house, and it works perfectly. In the living room, I'm averaging around 640 Mbps wireless speed.

Streaming VR over the Network completely destroys all other network access
The repeater is ALWAYS the problem, I've never seen it not being the problem, why they still sell them is a mystery. Either wire the switch directly or get a proper mesh system specifically with a dedicated wireless backhaul based on wifi 6e, if it doesn't have one, stay far away. I recommend the de

Possibly replacing ISP provided WiFi with my own - question
Could just get something like a TP Link Deco AXE5300 if you are a Costco member or know one if not you can get the Deco XE75 which is the same thing just not "Costcoified". These can all be connected via ethernet back to the router you currently have, just remove their routers and turn off wifi on t

I Researched Best WiFi Routers for Home & Offices in 2025 (WiFi 6 & WiFi 7 Guide).
So my old router started dropping connections recently, and since I’ve been working from home a lot more, I decided to research what’s actually good in 2025. Between WiFi 6, WiFi 7, and mesh systems, there are way too many choices — but after reading reviews, Reddit threads, and tech sites, these ar

I have 3x Deco M4 mesh WiFi. I need to use VPN on my router so I’m thinking about buying TP-Link Archer BE230 WiFi 7 as main router and use the 3x Deco M4 as extenders through access point. Is it possible?
Very few devices use Wifi 7. If at all. It is the similar case for 6E too. I would recommend the Deco XE75 Pro (AX54000 series) supports input ethernet of 2.5gpbs speeds. If your internet speeds there is not much you can do. Changing your devices just for the VPN would not help. Do you use any of yo

New Build - Ethernet cabling
Get a mesh system with wifi 6 back haul it will need to be tri band to do this and ensures minimal mesh issues therefore better throughput on the nodes. TP link Deco xe75 is one model I know of.

DECO XE75
I guess I'm expecting a lot of downvotes for this, but I have to say the truth.
The XE75 is an awesome piece of hardware with really bad UI. Loads of features missing from what I expected or saw TP Link a few years ago. The web UI is worse than the app. I changed from Orbi AC3000 (3 pack) to XE75 (
