Deco XE75 is awesome.
I know these kinds of official support subreddits are usually more skewed to people coming to complain or ask for support, so I just wanted to say I love this system. I recently moved from an apartment to a 3BR house and got gigabit fiber in the process, so my home network needed some thought to mak

Planning my smart home setup, would love feedback on devices and choice
Hey everyone - I’m moving into a 3-bedroom house (about 1800 sqft) soon and finally want to set up a proper smart home. I’ve been reading and watching way too many reviews, and I think I’ve pieced together a plan that makes sense… but I’m also second-guessing myself on a few choices.
A little conte

Best Wifi Mesh System
Upgraded my whole-home wifi with the TP-Link Deco XE75 and I’m actually impressed.
TP-Link Deco XE75 (Wifi Mesh System): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B88T5RDY
Just swapped out my old router + extender setup for this mesh system and the difference is real. If you’re sick of dead spots, buffering, w

I finally switched to Deco and all issues are resolved
I've been struggling with slow wifi speeds with Google WiFi despite having very fast Google Fiber in my home.
I bought the Deco XE75 and not only do I have no reduction in speeds, it's way faster.
Google WiFi and Nest products are horrible. Don't fear making the switch.

Finally stepped through the Portal! Latency is perfectly fine to me.
So I’ve been on the fence for a few weeks which caused me to miss the Amazon $399 PS5 sale but I finally bit the bullet on both. My main concern was latency on the portal. I noticed it on all other remote streaming services (Steam, xcloud, shadow pc, moonlight, etc.) with the exception of GeForce no

Thoughts on this system.
Having used the TP-Link Deco XE75 for the past year, I can confidently say it has been an absolute game-changer for my home network. The improvement in my Wi-Fi performance has been remarkable, and I've experienced zero issues. In fact, I'm so impressed that I'm currently planning to upgrade to the

Streaming VR over the Network completely destroys all other network access
The repeater is ALWAYS the problem, I've never seen it not being the problem, why they still sell them is a mystery. Either wire the switch directly or get a proper mesh system specifically with a dedicated wireless backhaul based on wifi 6e, if it doesn't have one, stay far away. I recommend the de

Thank you google
I want to thank google developers. You see...for the past 5 years I've been using google wifi mesh and google nest mesh devices to push my internet through my home. They do work very decently but my mesh is wifi 5 set up and my isp is wifi 6(tri band router/modem).
I started looking at a new wif

Possibly replacing ISP provided WiFi with my own - question
Could just get something like a TP Link Deco AXE5300 if you are a Costco member or know one if not you can get the Deco XE75 which is the same thing just not "Costcoified". These can all be connected via ethernet back to the router you currently have, just remove their routers and turn off wifi on t
