Need advice: best way to improve Wi-Fi in a 3-story concrete house
For a quick, easy and uncomplicated setup TP-Link mesh systems are a good option. You didn't specify your internet speed, so I'll assume 1gbps max. If it's faster than that you'll want to get a mesh system that can match it. For example if you have 2gbps service you'll want a mesh system with 2.5gbp

Mesh for TP Link Archer AXE75
Or, logically, return the AXE75 and get a Deco XE75 Pro, XE70 Pro, or the BE63 3 piece kit and be done. For slightly more than the single router, you have a true mesh system and can use the wired ports on the units for back-haul between them and/or to connect other devices that you don't want on wir

Deco just works!
I just deployed Deco xe70 pros at my house, and they are such an upgrade in terms of ease-of-use and performance from my ancient Orbi setup. My big gripe is that they have no capability for local-only admin when hooked to the modem in router mode so you always have a hole open for remote management.

Having problems with setting up a Satellite Deco
Thank you! I had to RMA one of my 3 deco xe70 pro units. The new one wouldn't connect to my network, so I made a new network with just that one new unit, updated the firmware (downloaded on my phone, and connected/updated from there), and it connected the first try!

Agreed. I just upgraded my OG google wifi to a new Deco XE70, and it is a huge difference, faster speeds, no more wifi stutters.

Recently changed two clients
I've started the process to switch to a different mesh setup (TP-Link Deco XE70 Pro). Kept having issues where my Plume master pod would just randomly show as not having a internet connection. It started off only happening once or twice a month, then it got to the point that it was happening several

FINALLY 🥲 Nailed my Router Settings! I'm getting 20ms (compared to my TV) - what a rewarding project!
Ok so just an update I got it to work. For my ps5 I created a separate 6ghz ssid so it could live on that network alone. That seemed to be a problem for reasons unknown. As I was looking through the advanced options I saw an option to create a network that combines the 2.4, 5, and 6ghz bands onto on

Deco just works!
I got the xe70 pro and now I’m getting over 300 mbps in my room at the very end of the house when before I was getting under 70 with stupid google wifi. It was so easy to set up and we are loving it. Too bad TP link is stopping security support for a lot of their devices. Thank goodness the ones I b

Drop in speed with XE70 Pro
You only change the Deco to AP mode if you have another router in front of it to do the actual routing and firewall leave it in router mode if you don’t have another router in front of it. As far as the XE70 pro that is a 6E system you have to remember that the 6 GHz band does not travel that far wh

Drop in speed with XE70 Pro
That's an unusually drastic drop, especially if your device is connected to the main unit. Which Wi-Fi bands are your devices connecting to when testing? 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, or 6 GHz? Is QoS enabled on the Deco? You can check in the Deco app under More -> QoS. If enabled and you plan to continue using i
