Get a 3 pack of TP Link deco- X55 or X75 would be fine or if you want more future proof then BE63 or similar. Should be in the 200-500 euro range. You should disable the Optimum wifi. Where are you connecting the first Deco x55 to the router? If it's in the same room or next it's going to be an overkill and the 2 wifi devices will just cause interference with each other. The Deco X55 is not going to be the right product for you. Especially in comparison with an Eero 7, which is a Wi-Fi 7 product. I added an x55 to my Deco network and it caused all sorts of problems. After removing it, I haven't had any issues. The problem may be the x55s.
