Deco X20

Mine loses internet connection if I click on “internet settings” within the app. And yes it’s up to date. Only way to get the internet back is to unplug the Ethernet cord from the WAN and plug it back in. That fixes it. Also does this if any changes to DNS is made. Deco X20 v4.6 here.

Yep, same issue here on Deco x20. Can pretty much reproduce it by just using the app for a bit, refreshing my network status or changing a single setting. Yea the ones I have are in mesh, it’s the Deco X20. I do find that route quite disappointing as it can’t even separate 2.4ghz and 5Ghz, I can only turn it on and it has to have the same SSID.

I recently have been unable to make changes to my deco or reboot from the app when connected to an X20. I wonder if I have the same issue? I have not been updating my firmware.
