How about a firmware update for the Deco BE63. Last one was 1.2.0 Build 20250718 Rel. 43949 I’ll seriously think long and hard regarding vendors when it’s time to upgrade.

Understanding the US ban with regards to future software updates
TP-Link is currently fighting for a similar exemption. They’ve claimed they are now a US company (based in Irvine, CA) and are promising to spend hundreds of millions to move R&D and manufacturing to the US. If TP-Link hasn't secured an exemption by January 2027, that’s when you should look at your

Best Mesh Gear? Sick of ASUS setup
Honestly I was recommending Tp-Link Deco for a while, and it definitely has a lot less issues than Asus in my experience, but it is far from perfect. It needs to be rebooted quite a bit to ensure maximum stability. We are on a BE63 right now, and it works fine most of the time, but this week it's be

purchasing advice wanted - for residential mesh wifi - Portland, OR - specs below.
Yeah, we have Deco, BE63, and honestly I kind of regret going with it instead of Eero. Definitely not entirely unstable, but if I was to replace it, I would go with Eero if deciding between just those two, but I would likely go with UniFi in all actuality.

Full Wi-Fi 7 Mesh Setup with Deco BE25 - 2.5Gbps Ethernet Backhaul & MLO vs Wi-Fi 6E?
I had already seen, in Italy there is only the deco be65 not the be63, but they are out of budget, the be63 pack of 3 costs 500 euros while the deco be25 pack of 3 costs 200 euros

Nothing but problems
What were the previous systems that you tried? For some reason, some Decos are fine, like the BE63 and BE65, and others just suck. None are honestly that great though. They are best for people that need a solid, OK, good, whatever, budget mesh system that still gives good speeds. And some of them de

Any good experiences with Orbi WiFi 7 mesh systems?
I tried the Deco BE63 and BE65 Pro, both were giving me trouble. Multiple devices were not able to connect to it, giving authentication errors. These devices when brought closer to the router connected. So something with being far away but still within good signal. My Nest Wifi Pro, 6E router had no

Can't run Ethernet - is Ubiquiti setup still worth it for wireless mesh?
Only the expensive consumer mesh systems have dedicated band for wireless backhaul, not the Deco BE63. You will be better off with non ubiquiti mesh systems in case of wireless backhaul.
