Will this be a suitable router for a first apartment?

My complex people are already flooding the air with the 6Ghz band. My town only has like 3 ISPs. 2 use the 5Ghz and the fastest uses the 6Ghz. I have a WiFi 7 router with the 320mhz. I use the TP-Link BE9700 Archer BE600 which is overkill for my needs.

Regarding cameras cutting out all the time: I assume they're using the 2.4ghz band. If possible try setting the 2.4ghz band to use a fixed channel (in USA you can try 1, 6 or 11).
