I would reject both of your options. Libra ... in theory should allow you to switch between settings easily. I don't agree with your theory. Switching any hopper grinder between grind settings is problematical. You need to purge the grinder to get rid of the retained grinds from the previous setting

Different burrs will generally give you a nice thick body (texture) or a bit more acidity and flavor clarity while feeling more thin/watery (less body) to the other.
