S3

The Timemore S3 is not an espresso capable grinder. It simply can't grind fine enough. Timemore advertises it as such, but it's not. I know because I own one. My suggestion is to get a truly espresso capable grinder.

for espresso, if wanting to use an S3-type of grinder, instead of your Chestnut ESP, you should use the S3 ESP, which is designed specifically for espresso - it has a different octagonal espresso-focused burr, compared to the base S3, which is only designed for "espresso" using pressurized baskets a
